By downloading, installing, or using Momenta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Momenta is a daily inspiration app designed for mothers. The app provides original quotes, daily notifications, and features to save favorite quotes. Access to the full app requires an active subscription after a free trial period.

Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features.
• Monthly Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a subscription at $2.99/month (or local equivalent).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, we cannot offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

User Accounts

You may sign in using Apple ID or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access controls
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the quotes or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All quotes, content, design, and code in Momenta are owned by Momenta and protected by copyright law. The quotes are original works created exclusively for Momenta users and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Momenta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The quotes and content are for inspirational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or App Store update notes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
